Welcome to my ruminations on books. Well, on movies and television and occasionally other websites and music, but mostly on books. Archives are here for now because I can't figure out how to get them to show up on this page.

My journal is no more. This is my only current online presence.

The title, of course, is taken from Wordsworth.

I am ordering this poster right now.

Now, the British really know how to make a reality show that I would like. I hope an episode will be on while we're in London at the end of the month!

I have nowhere to hang an Orlando Bloom READ poster, and certainly no need for one, but...damn. That is one fine poster.

(If I were asked to do a READ poster, I would probably hold Watership Down. Speaking of that book, it's long past time for a re-read.)

I know you were all on the edge of your seats waiting to hear whether or not James Naughton sang The Folks Who Live On the Hill on Friday night. He did not. He did, however, sing a beautiful Some Enchanted Evening. This concert was much slower than the other two, but I loved it nonetheless. Afterwards he came upstairs to sign CDs, so I bought one and got to chat for a minute. I'd never met him before, so that was pretty cool.
